Mahomeclub offers free returns and full refunds on items in their original, unopened condition within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in the same packaging you received them in. Each item will be inspected upon receipt.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you may return it at no cost and receive a full refund. To exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, simply return the unwanted product and place a new order on https://mahomeclub.com/.

Once your return is accepted, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, the refund will be voided and the product will be sent back to you at Mahomeclub’s expense.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items unless they are defective or damaged on arrival. Returned goods remain your responsibility until we receive them; we strongly recommend insuring your shipment and obtaining proof of postage, as Mahomeclub is not liable for items lost in transit.

Returns typically take up to 2 weeks to arrive and be processed. After processing, refunds are issued within 5 working days and you’ll receive an email confirmation once complete. If you have any questions about returning your order, please contact our support team at [email protected].

If you don’t cancel during the trial, your membership will automatically renew every 14 days at the regular rate. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Log into your Mahomeclub account and go to My Account. Scroll down to Cancel Membership and click Cancel. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your membership has been cancelled. Please note that you cannot cancel within the first 24 hours of signing up, but you also won’t be charged during that time. If you run into any issues, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Yes—you can cancel your Mahomeclub membership at any time, including during the first 14 days of your billing cycle. To cancel, log in to your account, go to My Account → Cancel Membership, or email us at [email protected]. The moment we receive your cancellation request will be treated as your cancellation time. If a renewal payment is processed before we complete your cancellation, we will refund the full amount immediately.

Please note that cancelling your membership does not cancel any existing orders or contest entries.

Yes. Any items you ordered at member pricing will be processed and shipped as usual, even if you cancel your membership before they leave our warehouse.
Once your order has shipped, it typically arrives within 2–7 business days.
